Change Management Specialist, Facilitator, Human Resources Consultant

Alison has 25 years international management and consulting expertise in organizational design and human resources management. She specializes in the design and implementation of change management programs, to ensure all stakeholders are ready and excited to make the changes work. She assists clients align their business and staff needs through effective communications, change leadership, staffing, job design, training and reward systems. She has worked in both unionized and union free environments.

Alison holds a post graduate Diploma in Management and Business Administration, Human Resources and is a certified Texas Instruments BPR and Change Management Trainer.

She is actively involved in a number of community programs including leading community, leadership and literacy programs in Guyana and Sri Lanka; tutoring students at a Somali community homework club and is a founder/board member of Facilitators without Borders.
