Keren is a leading executive coach and corporate solutions provider. He has over 30 years experience in the field of management, organizational design and leadership development.

On completion of his military service, he joined a management-consulting firm, whose primary focus was organizational design and coaching at the mid and senior management levels. Keren provided workshops on management, team building and competitive strategies for clients working in a rapidly changing environment.

In 1990 he founded BelEsprit^® Inc. creating a leading education and training business, offering courses and workshops across Canada.

By 2004, with rapid expansion and growing demand, Keren implemented an Executive Coaching Program based on leadership development and team building. He currently works with a team of dynamic coaches and facilitators dedicated to providing high quality services across North America.
