Raymonde B. Kleinberg received her Ph.D in Political Science (IR/CP) from the University of Toronto in 1995 and an LLM in International Law at Osgoode Hall Law School, York University. She is an Associate Professor of International Relations/Comparative Politics and International Law at the University of North Carolina Wilmington.

In addition to numerous articles and Reviews, Dr Kleinberg is the author of Strategic Alliances and Other Deals: State-Business Relations and Economic Reforms in Mexico, (Carolina Academic Press, 1999), and Economic Liberalization, Democratization and Civil Society in the Developing World (Macmillan Press, 2000).

Her present research includes the U.S. Global Hegemony Project, International Trade and Security Issues and Adjudication and Development in the WTO Dispute Resolution Body. Her activities involve serving on the Global Advisory Board for Shurat Hadin Law Center in Jerusalem, Israel, where she consults on issues of International Law.

More locally, Dr. Kleinberg hosts the show, World at Large in Wilmington, NC. and is the international research and legal consultant for BelEsprit Inc.
