Leadership training typically begins with an organizational initiative, driven from within. The required competencies are identified, and participants selected. BelEsprit conducts a needs analysis, based on desired outcomes. Working closely with participants, we formulate a personalized development plan. The framework for our Leadership Training program is a proprietary four-stage process that includes psychometric assessment and feedback, one-on-one coaching and action-driven assignments.
